Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute manual test cases based on defined requirements and user stories
• Design comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to ensure software quality
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing and maintaining testing documentation
• Support the delivery of reliable and user-ready software releases
• Ensure applications meet functional and business requirements

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree (15 Years Full-Time Education Required)
• 0–2 Years of Experience in Software Testing
• Understanding of Salesforce Testing concepts
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
