As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective by monitoring enterprise applications, identifying and resolving production issues, supporting business-critical systems, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain system reliability and operational excellence.

This role provides practical experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Application Support, Incident Management, Monitoring, and Enterprise IT Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and support critical business applications.

- Investigate and troubleshoot application issues.

- Participate in problem-solving and incident resolution activities.

- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical findings.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

- Support system reliability, availability, and performance.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree with 15 years of full-time education.

- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
