Adobe is hiring AI Engineer Apprentices for its Bangalore office. This opportunity is ideal for 2025 and 2026 graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG systems, and AI-powered software development.

As an AI Engineer Apprentice, you will work with experienced AI Architects and engineering mentors to learn AI engineering practices, build AI-powered solutions, contribute to client projects, develop prototypes, and gain hands-on experience with modern AI technologies.

As an AI Engineer Apprentice, you will learn and contribute to building enterprise-grade AI solutions under the guidance of experienced AI Architects and engineering mentors.

You will gain practical exposure to Python development, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), testing frameworks, deployment processes, and real-world client delivery.

This apprenticeship focuses on developing strong AI engineering foundations while gradually increasing responsibilities through hands-on projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Complete structured learning programs covering Python engineering, LLM APIs, prompt design, and AI fundamentals.

- Develop clean, tested, and documented code following software engineering best practices.

- Build AI-powered components including RAG solutions, tool integrations, and testing frameworks.

- Support senior engineers in developing and delivering AI solutions for clients.

- Participate in integration testing, documentation, and deployment preparation.

- Create proof-of-concept solutions and demo materials for AI projects.

- Collaborate with AI Architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams.

- Contribute to reusable AI components, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.

- Learn enterprise AI development practices and production workflows.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Graduate from 2025 or 2026 batch in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.

- Less than 6 months of professional experience for 2025 graduates at the time of joining.

- Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals.

- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.

- Ability to learn new technologies and programming tools quickly.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
