As a Software Engineer, you will build and maintain scalable server-side Java applications for cloud-based network management platforms. You'll design REST APIs, develop cloud-native services, work with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and databases, while gaining hands-on experience with networking technologies, virtualization, and distributed systems.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen backend development skills while working in an Agile product engineering environment alongside experienced software engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop server-side applications using Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, Servlets, and JDBC.

- Design and build scalable multi-tenant backend applications.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for cloud-based platforms.

- Build cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases for application development.

- Develop software solutions for networking and network management platforms.

- Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

- Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.

- Learn Adtran networking products and programmatic device management.

- Continuously improve software quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 0–2 years of software development experience (internships and academic projects are valuable).

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Distributed Systems.

- Knowledge of Java backend development fundamentals.

- Basic understanding of cloud computing and networking concepts.

- Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
