Faclon Labs is hiring AI Interns for its Mumbai office. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agent Development.

As an AI Intern, you will work on cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real business problems. As an AI Intern, you will contribute to the development of intelligent applications powered by Machine Learning and Large Language Models. You will work on modern AI technologies including RAG pipelines, AI Agents, vector databases, prompt engineering, and production-grade AI systems.

This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy experimenting with emerging AI technologies and building impactful products that solve real-world business problems

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop Machine Learning and LLM-powered applications for real-world business use cases.

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI solutions.

• Design and enhance AI Agents to automate business processes and workflows.

• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

• Develop Python-based APIs and production-ready AI applications.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

• Research and experiment with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and technologies.

• Work with vector databases and retrieval systems to improve AI performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.

• Contribute to projects that create measurable impact through automation and intelligence.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech graduates only.

• Eligible batches: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs.

• Eligible branches:

Computer Science Engineering (CSE)/Artificial Intelligence (AI)/AI & Machine Learning/Data Science/Information Technology (IT)/Equivalent disciplines

• Candidates currently pursuing B.E./B.Tech are not eligible.

Skills Required

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Good understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques.

• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Familiarity with AI Agent development concepts.

• Knowledge of Git, Linux, SQL, and REST APIs.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and continuous learning.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar AI frameworks.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, or Pinecone.

• AI/ML project experience.

• Open-source contributions or GitHub projects.

• Participation in hackathons and coding competitions.

• Previous internship experience in AI or Machine Learning
