Air Arabia is hiring Associate Data Analytics Engineers through Information Systems Associates (ISA) for its Pune office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about data engineering, business intelligence, SQL, Power BI, cloud technologies, and analytics.

As an Associate Data Analytics Engineer, you will help build and maintain data pipelines, develop Power BI dashboards, support data transformation processes, and work with modern cloud data platforms while collaborating with experienced engineers and business stakeholders.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an Associate Data Analytics Engineer, you will support the development of data pipelines, semantic models, and business intelligence solutions that enable reliable reporting and analytics. You'll work with SQL, Power BI, dbt, Snowflake, Azure, and cloud technologies while building a strong foundation in modern data engineering and analytics.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in building and maintaining ELT/ETL data pipelines.

- Develop SQL queries and dbt models for data transformation.

- Support Power BI dashboard and report development.

- Help maintain data models in Snowflake or Azure Synapse.

- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.

- Monitor scheduled data pipelines and identify issues.

- Document data pipelines, reports, and semantic models.

- Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.

- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders.

- Translate reporting requirements into data engineering tasks.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or related roles.

- Internship and academic project experience is considered.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
