Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Provide HR support through calls and chats
✅ Work with HR systems and tools including Workday
✅ Assist in HR program and policy administration
✅ Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management
✅ Handle employee relations and HR communications
✅ Support rewards and benefits program coordination
✅ Assist with relocation and mobility-related processes
✅ Support HR operations, staffing, recruiting, and talent initiatives
✅ Maintain HR data accuracy and compliance
✅ Collaborate with HR teams on employee lifecycle processes

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
🎓 0–3 years of relevant experience
🎓 Fluent English communication skills
🎓 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
