As a Data Center Technician, you will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, storage, networking devices, and other critical infrastructure. You'll work closely with global engineering teams to ensure maximum system reliability while contributing to operational excellence across AWS data centers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and configure data center servers and networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues involving servers, storage, and network devices.
- Replace defective hardware components and perform maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain high system reliability and availability.
- Work within a ticket-based environment to resolve technical issues.
- Support data center infrastructure projects and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams.
- Share technical knowledge and assist in training team members.
- Follow data center safety standards and operational procedures.
- Work in rotational shifts to support 24×7 operations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
