Roles & Responsibilities

* Recruit IT and Software Development professionals to achieve hiring targets
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
* Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
* Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Conduct reference checks and assist with salary negotiations
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage
* Generate recruitment reports and leverage hiring analytics
* Share recruitment updates and hiring insights with management

Qualifications & Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
* 0–2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment
* Experience or interest in IT and Software Development recruitment
* Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and sound judgment
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
