𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an Associate – PEG (Full Stack Developer), you'll build modern web applications and internal digital products that help consulting teams solve complex business challenges.

You'll develop responsive front-end applications, build backend APIs, integrate external services, and work closely with consultants, designers, and technical teams to create scalable, high-quality software solutions.

This role provides excellent exposure to enterprise product development, modern JavaScript frameworks, AI-enabled technologies, and real-world consulting applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive full stack web applications.

- Build modern user interfaces using React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion.

- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

- Convert business requirements and design mockups into reusable application components.

- Collaborate with consultants to develop technology solutions for business challenges.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services into applications.

- Evaluate emerging web technologies and recommend new development approaches.

- Participate in solution design, brainstorming sessions, and product planning.

- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.

- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal training.

- Continuously learn modern development tools and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Undergraduate candidates with 2–4 years of experience are eligible.

- Postgraduate candidates with 0–2 years of experience are eligible.
