As a Junior Software Engineer – Backend, you will work alongside experienced engineers to build scalable Golang microservices and REST APIs that support the company's core platform.

You will gain hands-on experience with backend architecture, concurrency, databases, caching, testing, debugging, and production systems while contributing to high-performance applications used in real-world commerce and rewards platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving backend engineering challenges and want to grow into a professional software engineer.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.

- Build and enhance RESTful APIs for platform features.

- Work on microservices supporting transactional reward systems.

- Process high-volume application and transactional data.

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 0–1 year of backend development experience through internships, projects, or full-time roles.
