𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Product, and Customer Success. Your primary responsibility will be designing, testing, and improving AI voice agents by creating effective prompts, building conversation flows, analyzing real customer interactions, and deploying AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, write, and optimize system prompts for AI voice agents.

- Build conversation flows and call pathways for customer deployments.

- Analyze real call recordings to identify and resolve conversation issues.

- Configure and deploy AI voice agents for new customers.

- Create reusable prompt templates and AI best practices.

- Perform red-team testing to identify edge cases and improve AI reliability.

- Test voice agents in Hindi, Hinglish, and regional languages.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve AI capabilities.

- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.

- Continuously improve user experience through prompt engineering and testing.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related fields.

- 0–2 years of experience.

- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, and Voice AI.

- Hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong analytical thinking and customer-focused problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
