𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an Information Security Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management, you will support enterprise identity governance platforms, assist in identity lifecycle management, strengthen access control systems, and contribute to secure authentication infrastructure.

You will collaborate with experienced cybersecurity professionals, automate IAM processes, support compliance initiatives, maintain technical documentation, and help protect enterprise systems through modern identity security practices.

This role provides excellent exposure to Identity Governance, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, RBAC, Cloud Security, Authentication Technologies, and Enterprise Cybersecurity.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support configuration and enhancement of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.

- Assist in implementing identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.

- Help develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.

- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory administration.

- Assist with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation integrations.

- Participate in IAM architecture reviews and security improvement initiatives.

- Develop and maintain IAM technical documentation.

- Support compliance reporting, audit validation, and access governance activities.

- Contribute to automation using PowerShell scripting.

- Assist with testing, validation, and implementation of IAM platform enhancements.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

- Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts.

- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, RBAC, and least privilege principles.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to learn enterprise cybersecurity technologies.
