As a Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Specialist, you'll support the development and maintenance of enterprise BI platforms by building ETL pipelines, creating interactive dashboards, improving data quality, and delivering meaningful analytics. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 0–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles.

• Strong interest in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics concepts.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.

• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or SnapLogic.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Spotfire, or similar visualization tools.

• Good understanding of databases and SQL.

• Knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks, Docker, or CI/CD is an added advantage.
