As an ATP – Production Support Engineer, you will support critical banking and trading application platforms by monitoring production environments, troubleshooting technical issues, performing system analysis, and ensuring high application availability. You'll work with AWS cloud services, Python scripting, SQL databases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliable enterprise applications.

This role provides valuable exposure to cloud computing, financial systems, production support, and enterprise application management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor and support banking and trading application platforms.

- Investigate and resolve production incidents and technical issues.

- Analyze application performance and system logs.

- Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.

- Use Python scripting to automate operational tasks.

- Work with AWS cloud services to support enterprise applications.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

- Ensure application availability and operational stability.

- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.

- Participate in shift-based production support activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Systems, or a related field.

- Graduating batch of 2023, 2024, or 2025.

- Strong academic record.

- Basic knowledge of AWS, Python, and SQL.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
