As a Python AI Engineer – Autonomous Agents, you'll become part of the core engineering team responsible for developing and expanding the company's Agentic AI Platform.

You'll build reusable platform components, develop intelligent AI orchestration capabilities, design multi-agent workflows, and create scalable backend systems that power enterprise AI solutions.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, distributed systems, workflow orchestration, and modern AI frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop new capabilities for the enterprise Agentic AI Platform.

- Design and implement autonomous AI agent architectures and orchestration systems.

- Build scalable backend platform components using Python.

- Improve the scalability, reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI platform services.

- Develop reusable frameworks for AI workflows, memory management, tools, integrations, and multi-agent collaboration.

- Build integrations with enterprise applications, REST APIs, databases, and third-party services.

- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.

- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform design decisions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize platform performance.

- Collaborate with AI engineers and software developers to build enterprise-grade AI solutions.

- Follow software engineering best practices, testing methodologies, and clean coding standards.

- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the platform.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of software development experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
