As an Associate Software Engineer – III, you will develop production-grade Python applications, build AI and machine learning pipelines, deploy scalable data solutions, and contribute to Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud-based engineering projects. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers while working on real-world healthcare technology products that demand reliability, security, and scalability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop production-grade Python and SQL applications for large-scale healthcare systems.

- Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and AI applications.

- Convert machine learning models and LLM workflows into reliable production services.

- Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance before deployment.

- Debug production issues and improve system reliability through testing and monitoring.

- Optimize AI models for performance, latency, scalability, and operational cost.

- Build Machine Learning models including feature engineering, training, and evaluation.

- Develop Generative AI solutions using RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

- Support ML Platform development including CI/CD, model deployment, orchestration, and MLOps.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- 0–1 years of experience.

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

- Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other premier engineering institutes.

- Minimum aggregate CGPA of 8.0 across all semesters.

- Strong understanding of Python programming, SQL, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

- Experience through internships, academic projects, research, Kaggle competitions, or open-source contributions.
