𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an Engineer - Data Center Operations, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the data center. Your responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, performing routine inspections, handling server and network hardware, maintaining operational documentation, executing standard operating procedures, and assisting during maintenance and incident recovery activities.

This role provides excellent exposure to enterprise data center operations, infrastructure monitoring, IT support, and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform daily data center floor inspections and operational checks.

- Handle basic server and network hardware installation and maintenance.

- Monitor infrastructure and respond to operational alerts.

- Perform L1 troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.

- Execute operational runbooks and standard operating procedures.

- Support backup, restore, maintenance, and access control activities.

- Maintain asset inventories, incident records, and operational documentation.

- Coordinate with senior engineers during maintenance windows and incident recovery.

- Ensure compliance with data center safety, security, and audit standards.

- Contribute to maintaining high infrastructure availability and service quality.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of servers, networking, and IT infrastructure.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
