Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Provide Level-1 technical support and service desk assistance

✅ Support users through phone, email, and ticketing systems
✅ Monitor and manage incident response processes
✅ Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards

✅ Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related disciplines
