As an AI/ML Analyst, you will support the development, testing, and deployment of Generative AI models and machine learning solutions. You will prepare training datasets, experiment with NLP and Large Language Models, optimize model performance, customize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and document technical findings while working with cross-functional engineering and analytics teams.

This role provides valuable exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and Enterprise AI Solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI and machine learning models.

- Assist in building and deploying Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.

- Prepare, clean, and preprocess datasets for model training.

- Customize and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

- Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance.

- Improve AI model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.

- Support NLP model development and experimentation.

- Maintain technical documentation and project reports.

- Stay updated with emerging AI, NLP, and Machine Learning technologies.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Master's degree is an added advantage.

- Strong programming and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of mathematics, probability, and statistics.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and continuous learning.
