Cloud Analogy is hiring Business Analysts for its Mohali/Chandigarh and Noida offices. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about Business Analysis, Salesforce CRM, Agile Methodologies, Requirement Gathering, and Digital Transformation.

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, support Salesforce projects, and help deliver high-quality business solutions.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will assist in gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, preparing user stories, supporting Agile development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Salesforce project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

- Participate in stakeholder meetings and document meeting minutes.

- Create and manage story tickets and acceptance criteria.

- Support As-Is and To-Be business process mapping.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking.

- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports.

- Identify requirement gaps and communicate them to the project team.

- Support successful Salesforce project implementation.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 0–1 year of experience or internship in Business Analysis or Salesforce projects.

- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM and Business Analysis concepts.
