𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Cloud Trainee Engineer, you'll support Microsoft Azure environments while learning the fundamentals of cloud operations and infrastructure management. You'll assist with cloud deployments, resolve technical support requests, maintain documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers on enterprise cloud projects.

This role is designed to help you build practical cloud engineering skills while working in a real-world enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure cloud services.

• Respond to support tickets and help resolve basic issues related to Azure infrastructure and cloud resources.

• Support the deployment and configuration of Azure Virtual Machines, storage accounts, networking services, and other cloud resources.

• Work closely with senior cloud engineers and architects to understand cloud operations and assist with ongoing projects.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, configurations, and daily support activities.

• Provide timely technical assistance to customers and internal teams while ensuring a positive support experience.

• Participate in technical training programs to strengthen cloud computing knowledge and Azure best practices.

• Continuously learn emerging cloud technologies and contribute to improving cloud support processes.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).

• 0–1 year of experience in Cloud, IT Support, or Infrastructure roles.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure or cloud platforms.

• Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong interest in building a career in Cloud Computing.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of Cloud Computing concepts.

• Interest in Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or cloud platforms.

• Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, VPN, and IP addressing is an advantage.

• Understanding of virtualization, servers, or IT infrastructure is a plus.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
