A leading technology organization is hiring Software Development Apprentices for its Kolkata office. This opportunity is exclusively for 2026 batch graduates who want to gain practical experience in Full Stack Development, AWS Cloud Engineering, Salesforce Development, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence.

As a Software Development Apprentice, you will work with experienced engineers on real-world projects, learn modern development technologies, and build practical skills that can help you transition into a full-time software engineering role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Assist in developing user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.
• Support backend development activities using Java, Node.js, and REST APIs.
• Work with databases to store, manage, and retrieve application data efficiently.
• Help design and optimize scalable software solutions for business requirements.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and improving application performance.
• Contribute to Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and development activities.
• Support cloud engineering projects using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Assist in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications and services.
• Work on ETL processes, data pipelines, and business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help generate business insights.
• Collaborate with AI teams and gain exposure to emerging technologies and Agentic AI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and software development lifecycle activities.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and development best practices.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• B.Tech or MCA (2026 Batch Pass Out).
• Eligible branches: CSE, IT, ECE, MCA.
• Minimum 60% in Class X and XII.
• Minimum 7 CGPA in Graduation (till date).
• No active backlogs.

Skills Required

• Strong programming fundamentals in Java or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of frontend development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of backend development and REST APIs.
• Understanding of Data Structures and DBMS concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
