Cyber Hospitality is hiring Network Support Engineers for its Vadodara office. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are passionate about Computer Networking, Network Security, Technical Support, Firewalls, Cloud Technologies, and IT Infrastructure Management.

As a Network Support Engineer, you will work with enterprise networking technologies, troubleshoot real-world network issues, monitor infrastructure performance, and support clients across various environments. This role provides excellent exposure to networking devices, security technologies, and modern IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and internet connectivity problems.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and access points.
• Provide technical support for network and desktop-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Support remote desktop and virtualization environments.
• Ensure network security and system availability across infrastructure.
• Assist in configuring and managing enterprise networking devices.
• Work with cloud-based networking and security solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain reliable and secure network operations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• B.Tech
• Diploma (Relevant Technical Disciplines)

Skills Required

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts.
• Understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wireless Networking.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking topologies and infrastructure.
• Understanding of network security concepts.
• Ability to work independently and handle technical issues efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
