As a Junior Developer, you will support Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications by monitoring systems, managing support tickets, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting with production support activities. You'll receive structured training while working alongside experienced technical teams and gradually take ownership of operational responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications and scheduled jobs.

- Perform ticket triaging and prioritize support requests based on severity.

- Handle routine support tickets following documented procedures.

- Execute regular operational and maintenance activities.

- Perform basic troubleshooting and initial root cause analysis.

- Escalate complex issues to Tier-2 and Tier-3 support teams.

- Maintain accurate ticket updates and technical documentation.

- Follow defined SLAs, operational standards, and support processes.

- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and technical training.

- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.

- Support production deployments and post-deployment validation activities.

- Continuously improve technical and functional knowledge.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.

- Basic understanding of software applications and technical support.

- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (1–2 weeks per month).

- Comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.
