As an Associate Analyst – Cloud Infrastructure, you will support day-to-day IT operations by monitoring service dashboards, managing incidents, following operational procedures, and ensuring SLA-based service delivery in a 24x7 enterprise support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools.

- Track, log, and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.

- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and operational guidelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams for incident resolution.

- Maintain accurate incident records and status updates.

- Prepare operational reports and documentation.

- Support shift handovers and operational continuity.

- Escalate critical issues as per defined procedures.

- Provide 24x7 operational support from the Bengaluru office.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- B.Sc. or B.A. graduates.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

- Basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts.
