As an Associate Analyst in the Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team, you will support daily IT operations by monitoring dashboards, handling incidents, managing alerts, and ensuring smooth service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, follow standard operating procedures, maintain operational documentation, and contribute to maintaining high service availability in a 24x7 enterprise support environment.

This role provides excellent exposure to cloud infrastructure operations, IT service management, incident handling, enterprise monitoring tools, and real-world production support.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools.

- Track, log, and manage incidents, alerts, and service requests.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.

- Ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

- Maintain accurate incident records and operational documentation.

- Prepare operational reports and status updates.

- Support shift handovers to ensure service continuity.

- Escalate critical incidents promptly.

- Provide 24x7 infrastructure operations support in rotational shifts.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- B.Sc. or B.A. graduates.

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.

- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
