𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will support enterprise integration platforms by monitoring system health, handling production incidents, supporting deployments, automating operational processes, and maintaining monitoring dashboards. You'll collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure high platform availability and continuous service improvement.
This role provides valuable exposure to enterprise integration, DevOps, production support, automation, and cloud-based monitoring technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise integration platforms including MuleSoft, GoAnywhere, EDBIC, and ELK/Elastic.
- Identify integration failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
- Handle production incidents, perform impact analysis, and support issue resolution.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action activities.
- Build automation solutions for monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards using Elastic and Kibana.
- Support application deployments and post-deployment validation.
- Assist with configuration changes, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable platform operations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
