As an Engineer / Associate Engineer – AI Platform, you'll contribute to designing and developing enterprise AI applications, backend services, AI agents, and scalable software systems. You'll work with modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, vector databases, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems while learning from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications that solve real engineering challenges across the organization.

• Build backend services, APIs, and scalable software components that support enterprise AI platforms.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to design reliable and efficient AI solutions.

• Develop and improve AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and knowledge-based systems.

• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) to build intelligent automation and developer productivity tools.

• Develop data pipelines and integrate structured and unstructured data for AI applications.

• Optimize application performance, debug complex issues, and continuously improve software quality.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and software development best practices to build maintainable solutions.

• Explore emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering tools to drive innovation.

• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle—from design and development to deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.

• Strong academic record (preferably CGPA/GPA of 8.5 or above).

• 0–1 year of software engineering experience.

• Exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills demonstrated through projects, internships, or competitive coding.

Skills Required

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.

• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Basic understanding of Operating Systems, DBMS, and Computer Networks.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development concepts.

• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and database fundamentals.

• Understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning basics.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or microservice architectures.

• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
