As an Associate Domain Support Specialist, you will support telecom infrastructure by monitoring systems, troubleshooting production issues, performing maintenance activities, and assisting with service delivery. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure system availability, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
This role provides valuable exposure to Linux administration, networking, telecom systems, production support, and enterprise operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve technical issues across domain infrastructure.
- Respond to production incidents and service interruptions.
- Perform routine resource allocation and provisioning activities.
- Provide technical support for operational systems.
- Conduct proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Execute change requests while maintaining service quality.
- Support service delivery and testing activities.
- Monitor system health and operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure reliable and efficient production support operations.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of Shell Scripting (Bash).
- Familiarity with Linux commands, file systems, and process management.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, and networking fundamentals.
- Understanding of incident management and ticket handling.
- Basic SQL and database knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
