Roles & Responsibilities

• Support software testing and quality assurance activities across projects.
• Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring project deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of testing processes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and defect management activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Work with stakeholders to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support project governance and PMO activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Learn and apply software development and testing best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and business domains.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech graduates from IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, or Circuit branches.
• Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
• No active backlogs.
• Strong interest in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, and Technology Consulting.
• Good academic performance and learning mindset.

Skills Required

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Software Testing and Quality Assurance concepts.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
