𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an Associate Software Engineer in the Onboarding team, you will work closely with clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal technical teams to establish and maintain electronic trading connections. You will participate in FIX certifications, troubleshoot connectivity issues, validate trading workflows, and support onboarding activities for various trading venues.

The role combines technical problem-solving, client interaction, system testing, and financial market exposure. You will collaborate with development, quality assurance, account management, and support teams to ensure successful onboarding and smooth trading operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

This role involves both technical and operational responsibilities that help clients start trading successfully on FlexTrade platforms.

• Assist in onboarding clients who trade electronically through FlexTrade systems.
• Support FIX connectivity setup between clients, brokers, exchanges, ECNs, and trading venues.
• Participate in certification testing to ensure trading connections function correctly.
• Work with account managers, developers, QA teams, and support engineers during onboarding projects.
• Validate order flow, trade execution workflows, and message communication between systems.
• Monitor onboarding progress and help resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration, and integration-related problems.
• Maintain onboarding records, certification documents, and technical information accurately.
• Communicate with clients and external trading partners regarding testing and certification activities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with onboarding processes and standards.
• Support production readiness checks before client go-live activities.
• Continuously learn financial market concepts, trading systems, and FIX Protocol standards

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with strong technical skills and interest in financial technology may also find similar entry-level opportunities within the organization.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Interest in trading technologies and financial markets.
