𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work closely with various teams to deliver high-quality features, improve application performance, and create engaging user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring smooth functionality and excellent user experience across Android and iOS platforms.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and convert business ideas into mobile application features.

• Build new features and improve existing functionalities to enhance application performance, usability, and scalability.

• Contribute to technical architecture discussions, coding standards, and development best practices followed by the engineering team.

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services to enable seamless communication between mobile applications and backend systems.

• Ensure applications remain responsive, reliable, and optimized across different devices and operating system versions.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues to maintain application quality.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that supports long-term maintainability and future enhancements.

• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality and development processes.

• Implement responsive user interfaces that align with modern design principles and deliver a consistent user experience.

• Support testing activities and help ensure applications meet quality and performance standards before release.

• Assist in publishing, updating, and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Flutter application development.

• At least one mobile application deployed on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Strong passion for mobile technologies and product development.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of push notifications and mobile application services.

• Knowledge of state management approaches such as Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod.

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

• Familiarity with clean coding practices, design patterns, and application architecture.

• Understanding of Material Design principles and responsive layouts.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
