As a Data Science Specialist, you will contribute to AI-enabled engineering initiatives by developing machine learning models, Generative AI applications, and intelligent analytics solutions. You'll work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve engineering productivity, product quality, compliance, and healthcare innovation.
This role offers hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI development while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science solutions for engineering and business challenges.
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers, AI Scientists, Software Engineers, and Verification teams.
- Analyze structured and unstructured engineering datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and feature engineering.
- Build, evaluate, and deploy predictive, descriptive, and Generative AI models.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and LLM-powered applications.
- Prepare, clean, validate, and assess data quality for AI models.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Support responsible AI practices, model governance, traceability, and validation.
- Participate in AI research, experimentation, prototype development, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another STEM discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, statistics, probability, and data structures.
- Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
