As a Data Analyst, you will support the Digital Engineering and Design team by collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing business data using Power BI, SQL, SAP, and Microsoft Power Platform tools. You'll develop dashboards, automate workflows, monitor engineering performance, and help leadership make informed business decisions through data-driven insights.

This role provides valuable exposure to Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Automation, Engineering Analytics, and Digital Transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Collect, cleanse, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.

- Analyze engineering productivity, utilization, and project performance.

- Support workforce planning and resource optimization.

- Automate reporting using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.

- Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and analytical models.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and global stakeholders.

- Present analytical insights and recommendations to leadership teams.

- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.

- 0–1 years of experience.

- Basic understanding of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.

- Good knowledge of SQL and Power BI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
