As an HR & Talent Data Analyst, you will maintain and enhance HR solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform. You'll work with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate to support HR operations, resolve issues, create dashboards, and collaborate with business stakeholders to improve internal processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR applications built using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Manage and update Power BI dashboards to provide meaningful HR insights.

• Monitor and maintain Power Automate workflows for HR processes.

• Log, track, and help resolve application issues by coordinating with technical teams.

• Assist in building and improving Power Platform solutions based on business requirements.

• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy while maintaining HR reports and dashboards.

• Support ongoing enhancements to improve HR systems and automation.

• Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Candidates interested in HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis roles.

• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools.

• Good analytical and communication skills.
