As a Backend Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. You'll work closely with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product teams to build secure, cloud-native applications while following engineering best practices, automated testing, and modern DevOps workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI.

- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Collaborate with frontend developers and Machine Learning engineers.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production-quality code.

- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering best practices.

- Build cloud-native services using containerized environments.

- Maintain technical documentation and improve system reliability.

- Explore new technologies and prototype innovative engineering solutions.

- Contribute to scalable AI-powered SaaS products used globally.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Python backend development.

- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.

- Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
