Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Monitor security events and alerts using SIEM and security monitoring tools
✅ Perform log analysis and event correlation across systems and networks
✅ Conduct threat detection and triage to assess security incidents
✅ Support incident management including identification, escalation, tracking, and closure
✅ Investigate phishing, malware, brute-force attacks, and unauthorized access attempts
✅ Apply MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain concepts during threat investigations
✅ Analyze Windows and Linux security logs and events
✅ Utilize scripting and querying techniques for security investigations
✅ Apply networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Ports, Protocols) in incident analysis
✅ Maintain incident documentation, reports, and investigation records
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen security operations
✅ Promote security awareness and cybersecurity best practices

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Electronics, or related disciplines
🎓 Strong understanding of Cyber Security fundamentals and Security Operations concepts
🎓 Knowledge of Networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Ports, and Protocols
🎓 Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
🎓 Basic understanding of SIEM tools, Incident Response, and Threat Detection processes
🎓 Knowledge of Cyber Security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain is an advantage
🎓 Understanding of scripting or querying languages for log analysis and automation is preferred
🎓 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
🎓 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced security operations environment
🎓 Passion for Cyber Security, Threat Hunting, and Continuous Learning
