As an Apprentice (GOC Engineer), you will monitor enterprise systems, networks, and applications, respond to customer support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous availability of IT services while learning modern infrastructure and support technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor systems, applications, servers, and network infrastructure using monitoring tools.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues.

- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when required.

- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.

- Document incidents and service requests accurately.

- Communicate status updates with customers and internal teams.

- Support routine maintenance of servers, databases, operating systems, and applications.

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.

- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational guides.

- Learn network monitoring, system administration, and Itron technologies.

- Collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous service availability.

- Participate in 24x7 shift-based support operations.

Qualifications & Eligibility
