𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As an AI Engineer, you will help build enterprise Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, and modern AI frameworks.

You'll develop intelligent applications, build vector search solutions, integrate cloud AI services, create prompt engineering strategies, and contribute to AI model evaluation and deployment.

This role offers valuable exposure to enterprise AI engineering, cloud-based AI platforms, modern software development, and production-ready GenAI applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Services into AI applications.

- Build prompt templates, prompt chains, and few-shot prompting workflows.

- Develop vector database integrations using Azure AI Search, FAISS, and ChromaDB.

- Build AI-powered applications including intelligent search, question-answering, summarization, and document processing systems.

- Assist in fine-tuning and evaluating language models and embedding models.

- Develop clean, maintainable Python code for AI modules, APIs, and backend services.

- Build APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

- Support deployment of AI applications on Microsoft Azure.

- Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

- Monitor deployed AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

- Document AI experiments, prompt strategies, model evaluations, and technical implementations.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Internship and academic project experience will be considered.

- Strong computer science fundamentals.

- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
