As an IT Engineer, Software, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and Django. You'll collaborate with product teams, implement AI workflow orchestration, optimize application performance, and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality software solutions while working in an Agile development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, Redux, and Django.

- Build backend services and APIs using Python and Django.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient production-quality code.

- Perform code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Implement application security and data protection measures.

- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Work on AI prompt engineering and workflow orchestration.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

- Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in React.js and Django development.

- Good understanding of frontend and backend web development.

- Knowledge of relational databases and database design principles.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
