Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Support Product Managers with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) activities
✅ Review product setup, master data completeness, and data accuracy
✅ Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and consistency checks
✅ Support Product Information Management (PIM) data compilation and troubleshooting
✅ Handle change control, material extensions, and ticketing systems
✅ Assist with portfolio initiatives including back-order clearance and global extensions
✅ Ensure SLA and turnaround time commitments are met
✅ Maintain high standards of quality and productivity
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements
✅ Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives
✅ Support ISO compliance and additional operational activities

Qualifications & Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related disciplines
🎓 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
🎓 Good understanding of business operations and process workflows
🎓 Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is an advantage
🎓 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
