As an Agentic AI & Automation Trainee, you will work closely with experienced AI engineers to develop intelligent automation solutions, support AI-native software development, and improve engineering productivity through advanced AI tools.

You will gain practical experience with AI coding assistants, Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and modern software engineering practices.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build practical AI engineering skills while contributing to real-world enterprise projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support engineering teams in adopting AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.

- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using modern frameworks like LangGraph.

- Contribute to LLM-powered applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build MCP integrations, agent configurations, and intelligent automation workflows.

- Configure and optimize development environments, IDEs, and engineering tools.

- Support DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, software testing, and infrastructure provisioning.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve developer productivity and engineering workflows.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide engineering support.

- Explore and implement emerging AI-native development technologies.

- Continuously learn modern AI engineering concepts and best practices.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Undergraduate or postgraduate students graduating in 2025, 2026, or 2027.

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.

- Strong foundation in Python programming and scripting.

- Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Agentic AI concepts.

- Familiarity with Git and version control.

- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Strong willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
