𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a SOC Operator, you will provide first-line operational support by monitoring IT infrastructure, identifying incidents, troubleshooting issues, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). You will work across multiple technology domains including Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, Infrastructure, Applications, and Collaboration platforms.

This role provides valuable exposure to Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Infrastructure, ITIL Processes, Network Monitoring, and Enterprise IT Support.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor client infrastructure and IT environments.

- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot technical incidents.

- Provide first-line support through phone and chat.

- Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.

- Schedule maintenance activities and configuration changes.

- Support shift handovers to ensure continuous operations.

- Escalate critical incidents to higher-level engineering teams.

- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

- Support disaster recovery activities and project implementations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computing, or a related discipline.

- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of networking, cloud, security, or infrastructure concepts.
