𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Product Analyst, you will support customers using PTC Windchill PLM by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with product configuration, collaborating with engineering teams, and creating technical documentation. You'll also contribute to the PTC Knowledgebase while developing expertise in enterprise PLM solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Windchill PLM customers.

- Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and functionality issues.

- Investigate customer-reported technical problems.

- Reproduce software issues and identify root causes.

- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

- Assist customers with software configuration and best practices.

- Support global customers across Asia.

- Participate in technical training and mentoring initiatives.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related fields.

- MCA, MCS, B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech graduates.

- 0–2 years of experience supporting or administering Windchill applications.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
