Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Golang
• Design high-performance microservices and event-driven architectures
• Develop and optimize APIs, databases, and distributed systems
• Work with Kafka, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, and cloud-native technologies
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Frontend, and DevOps teams
• Drive AI-assisted development using modern engineering tools

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of backend engineering experience
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and cloud-native development
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
