𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

As a Graduate Trainee - Vulnerability Analyst, you will support the vulnerability management lifecycle by tracking security findings, maintaining remediation workflows, validating security issues, and preparing reports. You'll collaborate with security and IT teams to improve asset visibility, monitor remediation progress, and strengthen the organization's security posture.

This role provides valuable exposure to cybersecurity operations, vulnerability assessment, IT asset management, enterprise security processes, and security reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Create and assign vulnerability remediation tickets.

- Track vulnerability remediation progress and SLA compliance.

- Document remediation status, exceptions, and security notes.

- Maintain vulnerability management documentation.

- Support recurring security reporting activities.

- Assist with vulnerability re-validation and closure verification.

- Normalize vulnerability scanner outputs for reporting.

- Maintain attack surface inventory and asset visibility.

- Support identification and follow-up of unknown assets.

- Collaborate with security and IT teams to improve vulnerability management processes.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- Basic understanding of vulnerability management concepts.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and threat concepts.

- Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and IT assets.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn enterprise security operations.
