Qloron is hiring Junior PM/Business Analysts for its Bengaluru office. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in project management, business analysis, consulting, and investment banking technology.

As a Junior PM/Business Analyst, you will support project planning, business analysis, documentation, testing, stakeholder coordination, and backend integration initiatives within the Investment Banking and Global Banking & Securities domain. This role offers excellent exposure to PMO practices, financial services projects, and enterprise project delivery.

As a Junior PM/Business Analyst, you will assist in managing project activities, documenting business requirements, coordinating stakeholders, supporting testing activities, and maintaining project documentation. You will work on backend integration and post-execution processes within the Investment Banking domain while gaining practical experience in project management and consulting.

This role is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in PMO, Business Analysis, Financial Services, and enterprise project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support project planning, tracking, and coordination activities.

- Assist in project scheduling and progress monitoring.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

- Support requirement gathering and business analysis activities.

- Track project risks, issues, and action items.

- Create and maintain test plans and test cases.

- Participate in software testing and defect tracking.

- Coordinate meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs).

- Assist with stakeholder communication and follow-ups.

- Support financial planning and administrative project activities.

- Gain exposure to backend integration and post-execution workflows.

- Contribute to PMO and consulting initiatives within financial institutions.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- 0–2 years of experience in PMO, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Project Coordination.

- Exposure to Investment Banking or Global Banking & Securities is mandatory.

- Basic understanding of project lifecycle and project management concepts.

- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
