As a Configuration Analyst - I, you will support implementation specialists and customers by configuring healthcare software based on business requirements. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform software configuration, conduct research, deliver customer training, and ensure high-quality support while meeting service level agreements.

This role offers excellent exposure to enterprise SaaS applications, healthcare technology, software configuration, technical support, and customer implementation processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure requested tools, workflows, and system settings within the EHR platform.

- Provide technical support to implementation specialists and customers.

- Troubleshoot software issues and resolve customer requests.

- Research and improve software functionality and customer experience.

- Deliver customer training on configured solutions.

- Meet productivity goals while maintaining SLA requirements.

- Resolve low to moderate complexity configuration requests.

- Collaborate with senior team members to solve technical challenges.

- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and support activities.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Candidates with up to 1 year of EHR software or customer support experience are also eligible.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
