As a Software Quality Engineering Intern, you will work closely with experienced mentors to ensure the quality and reliability of Red Hat products. You'll design test cases, execute manual and automated testing, identify software defects, validate new product features, and collaborate with engineering, product management, documentation, and open-source communities.

This internship provides practical experience in software quality assurance, automation testing, debugging, and enterprise software development while helping you build strong technical and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Research newly developed software features and create comprehensive test cases.

- Execute manual and automated tests to validate application quality.

- Identify, document, and report software bugs with clear technical details.

- Collaborate with software developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

- Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Documentation, and Quality Engineering teams.

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.

- Basic knowledge of Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.

- Passion for software quality, debugging, and automation.
